NEW CLIENTS
Yes! We accept new clients. If you’re ready to book an appointment, click here to set up your online client profile, fill out the intake form and self-book your initial Evaluation as well as 1 Subsequent Treatment session to get on our busy schedule. Upon completing your initial evaluation, our therapist will determine your future treatment schedule.
We no longer accept Medicare. If you’re a Regence or Premera patient, your insurance requires reauthorization through Evicore after 6 appointments. Please do not self schedule more than 6 appointments or you will be responsible to pay for them out of pocket.
EXISTING CLIENTS
2025 clients must self update their 2026 healthcare and credit card information in patient portal at fiziologix.janeapp.com. If you are unable to do so for technical reasons, please reach out to us.
Plan for Traffic: Please give yourself 15 min of additional time to get to your appointment. All of our PT appointments are back-to-back and being late means your time with your PT is cut short.

SERVICES
We’re a full service, 1:1, in-person, private Physical Therapy clinic offering rehab, strength training and alternative services such as Class IV Laser Therapy, Male Only Pelvic Floor Therapy, Telehealth and Postoperative Mobile PT services (Mobile PT is offered only to clients with active cases who had pre-op PT at Fiziologix PT prior to their surgery.
Telehealth PT: Licensed in CA & WA.
Wellness Calls: Global - Reach out if you need an advice on Strength Training, PT Rehab or Self-Help.
Mobile PT: Post-op only, otherwise at PT’s discretion based on schedule. Please contact before booking.
Should you keep your appointment if you’re experiencing acute pain?
YES!
Physical Therapy heals and helps manage pain. If your pain is acute and you aren’t sure if you should keep your PT visit, we encourage you to come in for a tailored care or contact us 48 hours before your appointment with any concerns or cancellations. Dr. Spooner, DPT will adjust your treatment with hands on therapeutic modalities or a PT massage to help relieve or reduce pain, spasms and any other discomfort, show you what to do at home if it happens again, and make changes to your plan of care.
